This poster series for The Boston Stage celebrates the diversity of theatrical productions while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.  A carefully selected sans-serif typeface with unique curved ligatures became the focal point of the design, paired with an elegant simple serif. 

It was central for the design to be playful while ensuring clarity and legibility across formats.

The color palette was strategically chosen for each play, reflecting its unique personality and themes. This approach allowed the series to visually differentiate between productions, whether dramatic, comedic, or musical, while preserving an underlying consistency in typography and layout.
